Olivia graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Geography. After graduating, Olivia started her career as an Allocator in the retail sector, before moving on to enjoy a successful 8-year career working within Local Authority, firstly for Kent County Council as a Management Information Assistant for the Education team, before earning a promotion to the role of Management Information Officer for the MHCLG’s Supporting Families Programme.
Most recently, Olivia worked as a School Performance Senior Analyst for Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, whereby her role required her to produce and co-ordinate accurate, relevant and tailored information and data, in order to provide appropriate analysis to support business planning, performance monitoring, policy development and service improvement. Olivia also assisted schools, external stakeholders and corporate leadership teams with identifying their data requirements, providing advice on complex data, and helping with technical queries and interpretation.
Olivia’s previous experience has provided her with excellent data analysis skills, as well as specialist knowledge of education services, systems and processes, that she will be able to apply to her role as Performance and Data Manager at Emmaus CAT.
