Corinne has over 20 years experience of working across a range a primary settings. Corinne has worked as a teacher, SENCO, Specialist Leader of Education and as a senior leader. As a senior leader, Corinne has built expertise and worked strategically to lead on personal development, safeguarding, Special Educational Needs, Looked After children, EAL, mental health and wellbeing and inclusion.
Corinne holds the NASENCO award and has extensive experience as a primary school SENCO. Corinne is passionate about providing the very best provision for SEND pupils and wholeheartedly believes that if you get it right for SEND pupils, you get it right for all. Corinne has led a school to achieve the Mental Health award and the Dyslexia Aware Quality Mark. This best practice has been used as a model to share across schools within the local authority. Corinne has also achieved a MAE in second language learners and has used this knowledge to support pupils and their families in a range of capacities.
